Business Analyst Intern at IBtech (Enpara.com) (2026-03 – Present)

• Gather and document business requirements for the Enpara.com Cash Management & Deposit Banking CRM, translating stakeholder needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria in Jira and Confluence.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, join, and validate customer, account, and transaction data from the deposit-banking data warehouse, supporting data-driven decisions across the CRM team.
• Support the development, testing, and monitoring of data pipelines feeding CRM and reporting layers, performing data-quality checks and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Build analytical reports and Power BI dashboards tracking customer-segment, campaign, and deposit-product KPIs for business stakeholders.

• Developed an "AI-Powered Smart Status Reporter" MVP on synthetic data to validate LLM-driven executive summaries and risk scoring, with a Streamlit frontend.
• Built automation tools on Microsoft Copilot Studio integrating Power BI and SharePoint, enabling non-technical users to self-serve reporting and improve productivity.
