Software Engineer at Üstat Bilişim (2026-01 – Present)

• Build and maintain a multi-tenant SaaS platform end to end: Next.js frontend, NestJS backend, and REST APIs consumed by both the dashboard and an embeddable customer-facing widget.
• Designed an embeddable widget with Shadow DOM and iframe isolation so customer websites can integrate it without changing their own code; handled cross-origin messaging and style isolation.
• Implemented Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection with server-side verification, plus consent handling for KVKK (Turkish GDPR equivalent) compliance.
• Built a real-time voice AI pipeline (speech-to-text → LLM → text-to-speech) with streaming processing and end-to-end latency optimization for live conversations.
• Built a RAG pipeline on Qdrant — chunking, embedding, and retrieval tuning — to ground LLM responses in customer knowledge bases and reduce incorrect answers.
• Ran a structured benchmark across 7 LLMs on accuracy, latency, and cost, and turned the results into a technical report that drove the team's model selection decision.
• Work daily with Claude Code and Copilot to accelerate development, while reviewing and owning everything that ships; participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
