Establishing the governance infrastructure of the directorate within the Payment Systems Directorate within FİBA Bank, supporting active project management during the establishment of the existing payment technologies infrastructure within the bank (service banking, etc.), KPI management within the directorate, harmonizing portfolio management with Atlassian tools, supplier management. Within the scope of my directorate, I work on agile team/unit planning and management, HR reorganization of the directorate, budget management and planning.

Deputy General Manager - BAŞKENT ELECTRONIC MONEY - Ankara

Başkent Electronic Money Company, a subsidiary of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality (ABB), was one of the companies I served during the consulting period, and after some consulting time I started working full-time at this company. Here we are trying to create a city card concept and related ecosystem in the city of Ankara. Main focus points of city card are E-Money and Ankara EÜTS (Electronic Fare Collection System) transportation project and other city related issues.

I have been working with my team as Deputy General Manager on many issues, especially strategic planning, corporate organization and project management, with the goal of becoming a technological solution company of ABB.

Chief Quality Officer / Assistant General Manager - PAYCORE (One of Turkey's largest payment system solution company) - Istanbul

• Designing all Quality processes from scratch at the PAYCORE company in accordance with software development processes and determining process control parameters.
• Planning, coordination and execution of all certificate processes (Technological Product Certificate, ISO accreditation, etc.) obtained within the Holding.
• Establishing the internal audit infrastructure in accordance with the specified processes and conducting annual auditing and reporting activities.
• Coordination, planning and execution of all external audit processes annually for mainly BDDK (Banking Supervision and Regulation Board), KPMG, Deloitte and similar independent audit firms.
• Preparation, follow-up of the Master Plan at the C-Level within the Holding and quarterly follow-up of related audits at the department level.
• Quarterly strategic goal setting, follow-up and evaluation of the goals at the end of each quarter with the all levels of personnel, department, group companies and holding-based targets.
• Determining and monitoring all quarterly and annually operational and financial KPIs and preparing executive level reporting at the end of each year.
• Coordination of contracted law offices and lawyers and managing the Holding legal department. Establishing of domestic and overseas companies, coordination of personnel work permits and so on.
• Partial Project management in Izmir city (3rd Largest City in TURKEY- population 4.28 M) public transportation project (annually 1,7M passengers are carried by subway, city buses, light rail, trains and etc.) and carrying out all legal processes related to the project including IMM (Izmir Metropolitan Municipality).
• Throughout the entire holding coordination and management of legal processes related to Ministry of Industry, Techno Cities, TUBITAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) and all relevant institutions.
• Digitizing all 17 years of contract archives of the entire the Holding including subsidiaries and creating contract management infrastructures.
• The management of the M&A process of the Holding, which was completed with the sale of some shares to MV Holding (Founder of Turkey's largest GSM operator, technology company, TURKCELL), including the management of data room, preparation of high-level presentations, data analysis and so on.
• Management of all related infrastructure platforms such as CRM, Jira, Wiki etc. have been redesigned, created and then merged under the general umbrella of MIS.
• Managing the Personnel Affairs department and conducting new efficiency studies to reduce company costs with the analyzes performed there.
• Performing a regression analysis on all personnel by using a mathematical model which is developed by me to determine salary scale and raise rates throughout the holding.
• Managing the Visual Arts department, taking an active role in the annual Card Smart Bosphorus organizations (content management of top-level presentations) and managing the project in general. Coordination of matters related to Holding's brand management, social media communication and so on.
• In the last 3 years, worked directly under the CEO and carried out additional administrative and project specific duties assigned by CEO from time to time.

Production Quality Chief - ASELSAN (The largest defense industry company in Turkey) - Ankara

ASELSAN-REHİS (Radar, Electronic Warfare & Intelligence Systems Group) KYD (Quality Management Directorate)

• Worked as production Quality Chief at ASELSAN-REHİS. Together with my team in department of production quality, all REHIS projects have been worked on to solve the problems encountered during the production phases and also contributed to the related project quality studies for excellence in production.
• Active roles have been taken in the standard accreditation of ASELSAN for ISO, AQAP, CMMI, TURKAK, etc. and similar national and international standards.
• Preparation of reports and presentations for the administrative board level and comprising various performance and efficiency data were prepared and presented.
• Many studies have been made on company management through processes. Additionally, the process of Problem Solving was carried out throughout ASELSAN-REHIS group. The responsibility of the system manager of the REHIS group of the SAP QM module was undertaken as a system administrator of a module used by approximately 2000 SAP users across group.
• In addition, related studies have been carried and made available to company resources on document management, workflows, etc.

• As a production quality engineer, managing and bettering the processes starting from the entry of the materials to ASELSAN along to the delivery of the final products as a holistic system. Approval or rejection decisions were made after the subcontractors were audited on behalf of ASELSAN.
• Worked on the solution of problems in production, testing and delivery phases. Solution teams brought together for various synchronous problems for optimal and rapid solutions from the aspect of man hour cost and fulfilling contract obligations in a timely manner.
• Various studies have been carried out on increasing product line efficiency and optimizing project quality costs.
