13+ years of experience in the printing & packaging industry. with high technical experience on Flexo and offset printing technologies, well-knowledge about material structure comes from my working experience at Extrusion department. regarding to working on sales I got a very good experience on final packaging, project leading , Customer communication, persuasion and coordination competencies between our customer demands and our different departments, also pricing experience. Skilled in Project and Process Control, with Analytical Skills &Communication skills. Strong engineering professional with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) focused on Chemistry and Physics from Ain Shams University and covering all of that by Executive-MBA from Istanbul University.

On My 1st half of my journey with Elif-Huhtamaki, I was one of team who made the startup of Elif-Huhtamaki Egypt the 2nd branch of Elif-Huhtamaki Turkey. where I was responsible for printing department, and then Design print quality department. during 4 years at Elif-Huhtamaki Egypt I trained more than 12 engineers and 45 technicians on running W&H Flexo-printing machines 8 and 10 colors. and using the color management devices spectrophotometer and ink-pilot to maintain a highest printing quality. And during the 2nd half of the journey, I had been invited to Elif-Huhtamaki Turkey to reestablish print Quality Department. Where during the 3 years we abled to build a hard core for print quality department by having 10 well trained engineers.

Then I became a part of sales team which gave me more opportunity to know more about the customers' final packaging requirements, and enhanced may experience to be a project leader and dealing with all packaging production departments, finance , commercial excellence and logistics .
