5G Module RF Engineer

We are building a 5G Module R&D team to strengthen our in-house module development capabilities. Instead of relying solely on external module solutions, the team will take a more active role in developing and validating our own 5G module designs for integration into future products.

We are looking for Hardware Engineers who are interested in wireless technology, hands-on hardware development and end-to-end product ownership.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop Sub-6 GHz 5G Module RF circuits, including RF front-end design, matching and tuning.
• Perform RF debugging, validation and performance optimization throughout EVT, DVT and PVT stages.
• Work closely with EE engineers and cross-functional teams to resolve RF-related issues throughout product development.
• Collaborate with chipset / IC vendors on platform development and technical issue resolution.
• Support pilot runs and mass production, including RF testing, equipment tuning and yield improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Communications Engineering or related fields.
• 3 years of experience in RF design, development or validation.
• Experience in networking, wireless communication or module-related product development.
• Familiarity with RF circuit design, debugging, matching / tuning and RF performance validation.
• Basic English communication skills for technical correspondence.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LTE / 5G NR or other wireless communication technologies.
• Familiarity with Sub-6 GHz, 3GPP standards or Qualcomm / MediaTek platforms.
• Experience in 5G Module, Cellular, WWAN or other wireless module products.
