Job Description

Talent Search and Screening

• Utilize various recruitment channels (such as job boards, social media, campus recruitment, etc.) to search for talent.
• Screen applicants' resumes, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and assess candidates' basic qualifications and suitability. 2.

Interview

Arrangement and Follow-up:

• Arrange interviews between candidates and department supervisors, and provide necessary interview support.
• Follow up on interview results and assist department supervisors in candidate evaluation and decision-making. 3.

Recruitment Process Management

• Ensure the smooth progress of the recruitment process and update recruitment status in a timely manner.
• Assist in handling recruitment-related administrative tasks, such as interview notifications, offer letters, and onboarding procedures.
