  • 1. Ensure that the process planning and design provides solutions that meet the business needs of the user organization.
  • 2. Ensure that process planning and design provide solutions that are identifiable and efficiently prioritize/assess the required time and resources for each need, meeting the business needs of the user organization.
  • 3. To ensure the correct use of system tools to clearly identify, understand, and analyze one or more different function requirements within business needs, deliver sustainable solutions, and assist in/define test scenarios to ensure that agreed-upon quality, time, and cost constraints are met simultaneously.
  • 4. Must have: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Project) & UML (Use Case) skills

-At least 3 years of experience in insurance administration, domain know-how in one or more different areas, experience in administrative process planning is a plus, and the primary goal is to complete the assigned tasks on time.

-Computer: Microsoft office tools

-Others: Project management methodology, Team management, Knowledge of products, procedures, process and the organization of the relevant fields
