｜Key Responsibilities

As a Client Solution Consultant at Intowow, you represent the pinnacle of excellence. Your responsibilities include:

• Owning the end-to-end client lifecycle — from pre-sales, onboarding, to long-term retention and growth.
• Leading product integrations by working closely with client engineering teams to ensure a seamless setup tailored to each client’s needs.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to global media partners, offering expert guidance on complex ad-tech issues and operational best practices.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to ad operations, product integrations, and industry-standard tools like Google Ad Manager, while staying up-to-date with key ad-tech trends.
• Collaborating closely with the product team to represent client needs, surface market opportunities, and influence roadmap decisions.
• Analyzing data and performance metrics to deliver actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
• Championing a customer-first mindset, combining empathy with sharp problem-solving and communication skills.

｜Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree — fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (including oral presentation, reading, and writing). Minimum qualifications: TOEIC 900, IELTS 7.0, or TOEFL iBT 100.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Basic understanding of SQL for data analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from large datasets.
• Self-motivated, curious, and passionate about learning and personal growth.
• (A Plus) Proficiency in Excel and data visualization/BI tools (Google Looker Studio, Amazon QuickSight, Tableau).
• (A Plus) Familiarity with web debugging tools (e.g., Charles, Google Chrome Inspector).
• (A Big Plus) Experience with Google Ad Manager, AdSense, and AdWords.

| Compensation

• Base Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 TWD * 13 months
• Enjoy flexible salary increases based on your growth and contributions.
