Data Engineer

• Proven hands-on experience as a Data Engineer or Analytics/Data Engineering role, supporting Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain analytics use cases
• Strong experience in data integration, ETL development, data modeling, and ensuring data quality and consistency across multiple source systems
• Solid working experience with SQL Server BI technologies, including SSIS, SSAS (Tabular), and Power BI; ability to support analytics beyond just report building
• Ability to quickly understand existing architectures, identify data gaps, and propose practical, scalable solutions
• Comfortable working with ambiguous business requirements and proactively driving clarification and improvement
• Demonstrates a strong growth mindset: curious, adaptable, and continuously improving both technical skills and solution quality

Must Have
