Full-Stack Engineer (Java Spring Boot + React)

Full-Stack Engineer to help build the next generation of our core internal system

What You’ll Work OnCore System Development

Design and implement new features using

Java (Spring Boot)

and

React

.

Refactor and optimize existing modules to improve usability, performance, and maintainability.

Our primary users are internal engineering and operations teams, so the work is grounded in real workflows and directly improves how work gets done.

Architecture Design & Modernization

Help transform legacy systems into a modular, scalable, and maintainable architecture

.

Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to upgrade and expand our internal

MES (Manufacturing Execution System)

platform.

Own both front-end and back-end implementation, from system design to deployment.

Bridge Between Technology & Business Needs

Collaborate across teams to evaluate requirements from a technical perspective.

Translate complex operational processes into clear and structured system logic.

Play a key role in shaping technical decisions and ensuring the system can evolve reliably over time.

System Integration & Reliability

Ensure stable operation of internal platforms and integrate with equipment-side software and third-party APIs where needed.

Continuously improve system reliability, performance, and extensibility.
