Join the Know Your Customer Technology Team at Binance.

Focus on building a state-of-the-art platform for seamless customer onboarding.

Emphasis on launching innovative products, integrating compliance vendors globally, and responsibly using AI/ML technologies.

Leading innovation and compliance in the fintech world.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for KYC verification, identity authentication, and compliance workflows.

Lead architecture and implementation of high-performance distributed systems for global user verification requests.

Build and optimize risk assessment pipelines and case management systems for compliance operations.

Develop and maintain internal tooling and dashboards using React and TypeScript, with a focus on backend engineering.

Design and build RESTful APIs and microservices integrating with third-party KYC/AML vendors and internal data sources.

Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions, focusing on backend, data processing, AI integration, and security.

Improve system reliability, performance, observability, and engineering efficiency through automation and best practices.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, conducting thoughtful code reviews.

Continuously optimize system performance, scalability, throughput, and developer experience.

Requirements/Skills/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

3 years of professional software development experience with a strong backend focus.

Solid backend development experience with Java (Spring Boot), Go, or similar technologies.

Experience integrating AI/ML models or LLM-powered tools into production systems.

Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices at scale.

Strong understanding of relational databases, caching technologies, message queues, and distributed system fundamentals.

Bilingual English/Mandarin required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
