Full Stack Engineer

[Job Definition]

Own the end-to-end development of our web platform built on Next.js. Work tightly with product and design to ship reliable, scalable features for a growing B2B system.

[Job Responsibilities]

•⁠ ⁠Build and refine full-stack features across the existing Next.js + Clerk dashboard.

•⁠ ⁠Implement performant APIs, database models, and integrations on top of PostgreSQL.

•⁠ ⁠Improve system stability, DX, and code quality while ensuring backwards compatibility.

•⁠ ⁠Turn product specs into working flows with clean architecture and predictable behavior.

•⁠ ⁠Review and optimize existing pages, auth logic, and middleware.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain shared components, utilities, and internal Dev Docs to keep the codebase consistent.

•⁠ ⁠Debug production issues quickly and propose long-term fixes instead of one-offs.

•⁠ ⁠Join product and sprint discussions, shaping scope and proposing more robust solutions.

[Required Qualifications]

✔ Work Experience

•⁠ ⁠2+ years full-stack experience, ideally shipping production SaaS or B2B apps.

•⁠ ⁠Proven work with component-based frontends and database-driven backends.

✔ Tech Stack Expertise

•⁠ ⁠Deep understanding of Next.js app router, server components, API routes, and caching patterns.

•⁠ ⁠Practical experience with Clerk for authentication, orgs, RBAC, sessions.

•⁠ ⁠Solid PostgreSQL skills: schema design, migrations, indexing, query optimization.

•⁠ ⁠Strong TypeScript habits and ability to explain architectural decisions clearly.

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable working with REST or RPC-style APIs.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with analytics, background jobs, or event-driven design.
