Hardware Development Engineer

[Job Description]

1.Design and develop high-speed electrical circuits for 64G NRZ and 112G/224G PAM4 applications.

2.Support the development and validation of Driver and TIA analog ICs.

3.Conduct optical module characterization and system-level testing.

4.Perform signal quality measurements using VNA, BERT, Eye Diagram, TDECQ, BER, and related test equipment.

5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) analysis and optimization.

6.Support product development from design validation through production readiness.

[Required Qualifications]

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.

2.Experience in high-speed digital, analog, or RF circuit design.

3.Strong understanding of SerDes architecture and high-speed communication systems.

4.Familiarity with EDA design and simulation tools.

5.Hands-on experience with high-speed measurement and laboratory equipment.

[Preferred Qualifications]

1.Experience in optical transceiver or optical communication products.

2.Knowledge of signal integrity modeling and simulation techniques.
