Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a cost-saving project from start to finish.

Join daily production tier meetings and bi-weekly operations meetings for HEM readiness.

Participate in activities such as 5S competition and meetings with EHS/facility teams.

Learn SPC operations and the MOC process in the ETQ system with manufacturing engineers.

Assist in communication and provide monthly presentations to update project progress to CQE team, product managers, and US engineers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or related fields).

Fluency in English for effective collaboration, particularly with US team members.

Strong cross-functional communication skills, especially with EHS, operations, and CQE teams.

Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software is a plus.

Strong understanding of chemicals with a solid safety mindset.

Good teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
