Job Responsibilities

• Define Product Strategy & Vision:

・ Develop and execute long-term product roadmaps based on market trends.

・ Data analysis, and user needs, ensuring seamless alignment with JamStation’s business goals.

• Cross-Border & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

・ Partner with external vendors to co-create innovative product concepts.

・ Collaborate closely with design, engineering, marketing, and business teams across regions to drive smooth product development.

• End-to-End Product Lifecycle & 0-to-1 Delivery:

・ Lead the full product lifecycle from conceptualization, scoping, and release planning to execution.

・ Drive new features and products from 0 to 1, while maintaining rigorous milestones and high-quality deliverables.

• Data-Driven Decision Making & Experimentation:

・ Leverage data analysis and user research to identify pain points and opportunities, drive experiments

・ Ensure product growth closely aligns with market demand.

• Explore AI & Personalization Applications:

・ Actively integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into the platform.

・ Exploring innovative possibilities by combining AI with music streaming, audio experiences, and user engagement.

• Bridge Technical & Stakeholder Management:

・ Act as the core liaison between technical/R&D teams and business units.

・ Keep stakeholders informed of project statuses, manage competing requirements, and navigate technical trade-offs effectively.

• Process Optimization & Quality Assurance:

• ・ Establish, optimize, and scale project management processes and structured documentation (specs, timelines, and risk mitigation) to ensure high-quality execution across web, mobile, and IoT systems.
