JAVA System Analyst

Manages all aspects of a diverse IT project or multiple IT projects, typically involving multiple Disciplines in the IT Function | Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met | Typically uses Scrum/Agile development techniques and tools for team collaboration, issue tracking and backlog management

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct system requirement analysis, functional planning, and technical evaluation
• Prepare system design documentation including architecture, data flow, and API specifications
• Develop and maintain backend systems using Java technologies
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate JavaScript-based functionalities
• Support QA teams in system testing and issue resolution
• Participate in projects related to mobile insurance, remote insurance, and channel service platforms
• Continuously optimize system performance and stability

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Java system analysis and development
• Minimum 5 years of experience in JavaScript development
• Proficient in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design
• Strong knowledge of database design and SQL (e.g., Oracle, MySQL)
• Familiar with version control tools (e.g., Git)
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance industry is a strong plus
• Familiarity with mobile insurance, remote insurance, or channel service systems
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Vue.js or React
