Job Description

• Recruitment Needs Analysis for New Fields:
  • Communicate with department heads to understand and confirm recruitment needs.

  Recruitment Channel Management

  • Use various recruitment channels (such as online job platforms, social media, campus recruitment, etc.) to post job openings.

  Candidate Screening and Interviewing

  • Screen applicant resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.

  Recruitment Process Management

  • Follow up on candidates' interview progress and provide timely feedback on interview results. 5.

  Recruitment Data Analysis

  • Provide recruitment reports and offer suggestions for improvement. 6.

  Employer Branding

  • Assist in promoting the company's employer brand to enhance its visibility and attractiveness in the talent market.
  • Participate in recruitment activities to enhance the company's image.
  • Familiarity with Industry Knowledge and Talent Market Trends:
  • Collect and analyze industry information to assess talent sources.
  • Provide talent market insights and propose corresponding recruitment strategies or plans.
