Job Summary

This role focuses on driving organizational excellence and strategic talent development. As a key bridge between global initiatives and local execution of delivering high-impact learning solutions that align with broader business strategies.

Responsibilities

[Global program]

  • Co-work with Bora culture ambassador global team
  • Deliver Bora Way culture activities to enhance employee engagement.
  • As Bora Way Star award Taiwan project lead.

[Training program]

  • Co-work with L&D lead implementing LinkedIn learning program.
  • Co-ordinate boarding program with site HR partners
  • Collaborate with L&D lead to create Individual Development Plans
  • Execute management skills training program with external consultants.

[Support L&D solutions to support business needs]

  • Co-work with HRBPs to figure out business needs, leverage resources to provide best solutions.
  • Execute internal and external programs, ensure course quality and effectiveness to meet business strategy.
  • Act as a proactive observer, has capability to provide business advices

[Training Evaluation & Data Analysis]

  • Establish and utilize KPIs to measure training effectiveness, such as training participation rates, learning impact, and training course satisfaction.
  • Analyze training data and propose improvement strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Prepare training reports and provide management with regular updates on training progress and results.
  • Global HRIS operating

Qualifications

  • Major in Human Resource Management, Educational Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in L&D, corporate training, or talent development.

[Core Skills & Competencies]

  • Experience in training planning and instructional design, deliver internal training course
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
  • Familiarity with training evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to analyze training effectiveness using data and provide optimization recommendations.
