Manufacturing Test Engineer

We are now looking for a Manufacturing Test Engineer. You will be joining the Test Solution Group to develop and deploy manufacturing test solutions for system products.

What you'll be doing

• Setup, validate and support rack level tester platforms at contract manufacturers, internal labs and 3rd party test sites.
• Manage test facility KPIs.
• Plan and drive tester/server hardware and software upgrades at all sites.
• Drive failure analysis of tester/server and internal components. Identify the failure root cause, perform required repair, and fix the failure Pareto.
• Drive key tester critical metrics like tester uptime, recovery time, timely report and material management.
• Regular tester and test facility status reporting and improvement recommendations to management.
• You'll handle shipping and receiving, unpacking and packing of systems

What we need to see:

• 10+ years of proven experience in PCBA and System products validation.
• BS Degree or MS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing, chip to system.
• Knowing Mandarin is must.
• CM/ODM factory line experience with high volume product testing.
• Background in factory production test setup including failure analysis, repair, and recovery.
• Experience managing design changes and upgrading testers.
• Experience with system test development: hardware and software
• Knowledge of server architecture, design, components, sub-assemblies, and systems
• Understanding of communication protocols: PCIE, I2C, OSFP
• Excellent interpersonal skills
