Role Description

We are seeking a Module Pathfinding Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Hsinchu City. In this role, you will be responsible for exploring and developing innovative module process solutions to enhance semiconductor manufacturing capabilities. You will design experiments, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new process technologies meet performance, cost, and reliability targets.

Additionally, you will contribute to the development of advanced process modules and provide technical insights to improve efficiency and address challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor process technology, including module development and integration.
• Strong background in data analysis, design of experiments (DoE), and problem-solving methodologies.
• Proficiency in engineering software tools and programming languages relevant to process simulation and optimization.
• Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a semiconductor fab environment is preferred but not required.
