About This Opportunity

Join our dynamic team at Ericsson as a Network Engineer. Within the Ericsson Taiwan Analytics Team, you will be part of the RAN Network Design &

• Optimization (NDO) delivery engine, dedicated to pushing the boundaries of network performance.

We are seeking ambitious talent to join our new Standalone NR network &

• AI-driven optimization initiative. You will play a pivotal role in automating complex network tuning and spearheading the transformation of our global service delivery through cutting-edge AI.

What you will do

• Design &
  • Evaluation: Analyze customer requirements and design solutions for high-performance wireless networks.

• KPI &
  • Problem Investigation: Provide analysis of KPIs and perform problem investigation to resolve quality issues, including supporting VIP troubleshooting and performance improvement.

• Coordination: Act as a bridge between internal Ericsson teams and the customer for planning and optimization tasks.
• Technology Pioneer: Lead new wireless technology trials (including 5G SA, NS and 4G new releases) such as trial and feature validations.
• Transformation &
  • AI: Deconstruct complex problems and rebuild them through an AI lens, translating massive datasets into actionable network strategies.

• Technical Support: Engage in pre-sales technical support and parameter optimization to align network performance with business needs.

What You will bring

Education &

• Technical Foundation

• University degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of RAN technology (5G SA, NSA & 4G).
• Demonstrated experience in the Telecom industry with a natural approach to complex issues through structured, logical thinking.
• Familiarity with wireless network KPIs and performance optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in Coding (Python), IT &
  • AI skills is a significant plus.
