Operations Program Manager

Role Purpose

We are looking for a proactive and high-potential Operations Program Manager (OPM) to support customer programs and service operations in Taiwan.

This role serves as the key coordination point between customers, Taiwan operations, India engineering teams, and suppliers. The OPM is responsible for driving execution, managing resources, identifying risks, and ensuring customer commitments are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Program & Customer Coordination

Drive project schedules, customer commitments, and operational activities. Act as the primary interface between customers, engineering teams, suppliers, and operations.

• Resource & Operations Planning

Support engineer allocation, service readiness, onboarding activities, and operational planning to ensure sufficient support capacity.

• Engineering & Action Item Management

Track deliverables, follow up on action items, and drive issue resolution across cross-functional teams.

• Material & Supplier Coordination

Monitor material readiness, repair activities, procurement status, and supplier commitments to support customer requirements.

• Reporting & KPI Management

Prepare project and operational status reports, highlight risks, track KPIs, and provide visibility to management.

• Risk Management & Continuous Improvement

Identify execution risks, resource constraints, process gaps, and customer escalations. Drive corrective actions and operational improvements.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, Project Management, Supply Chain, Customer Support, or Engineering Coordination.
• Strong ownership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with ODM/EMS companies is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Basic understanding of engineering, manufacturing, test systems, or service operations.

Preferred

• Experience supporting server, storage, AI infrastructure, or service organizations.
• Experience working with global teams and customers.
• Interest in growing into an Operations Manager or Country Operations leadership role.
