專案管理師(消費性電子產品)

工作內容:

• Consumer electronics & project management, from RFQ to NPI to SOP.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and consolidate opinions over interdisciplinary studies to reach out optimal solutions.
• Lead teams with target-oriented mindset on product and project development, schedule, quality cost, customer service...etc.
• As a person in charge of the project, working with customers, engineering teams, manufacturing teams, and suppliers to meet SOP target.
• Be with strong leadership, ownership, and stress resistance to collaborate with customers, teams and stakeholders.
• Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• Delegating tasks on the project to personals best positioned to complete them.
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
• Communicating with customers and stakeholders to keep the project aligned with their goals.
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs and evaluating impacts for the project change
