🔹 工作內容

・冷板（Cold Plate）與液冷系統熱流模擬分析

・晶片熱點、流道設計、壓降與溫度分佈評估

・依模擬結果提出設計優化建議，並產出分析報告

🔹 條件需求

・3–5 年以上熱流分析實務經驗

・熟悉 Flotherm、Ansys Fluent 等 CFD 工具

・具機構散熱、液冷或伺服器相關經驗尤佳

Thermal Simulation Engineer | Project-Based

Koolnsped Tech is looking for a project-based thermal engineer.

🔹 Scope of Work

・Thermal/CFD simulation of cold plates and liquid cooling systems

・Chip hotspot, flow channel design, pressure drop and temperature distribution analysis

・Design optimization recommendations and analysis reports based on simulation results

🔹 Requirements

・3–5 years of hands-on thermal analysis experience

・Proficient in Flotherm, Ansys Fluent, or other CFD tools

・Experience in electronics/mechanical cooling, liquid cooling, or servers is a plus

・Please include a portfolio or relevant project experience (anonymized is fine)

🔹 Engagement

・Quoted per project scope and timeline; details to be discussed
