職務說明

• 負責產品品質策劃與品質控制，推動產品實現量產品質目標。
• 制定並維護品質檢驗標準、Control Plan、SIP等品質檔，確保現場執行有效性。
• 主導客戶投訴、內部品質異常及供應商品質問題分析，組織8D、5Why等改善活動。
• 跟蹤品質KPI指標（FPY、PPM、客戶投訴率等），推動持續改善項目落地。
• 參與新產品導入（NPI）過程，開展風險識別及品質驗證工作。
• 協調生產、研發、供應鏈等部門解決品質問題，減少不良率並提升客戶滿意度。
• 推動FMEA、SPC、MSA等品質工具應用，提高過程穩定性。
• 配合客戶審核、體系審核及協力廠商審核工作，落實整改措施。

其他條件

• 本科及以上學歷，機械、電子、工業工程、材料等相關專業。
• 3年以上製造業品質管制或品質工程相關工作經驗。
• 熟悉ISO9001、IATF16949（汽車行業）或相關品質體系要求。
• 熟練運用品質工具，如QC七大手法、5Why、8D、FMEA、SPC、MSA等。
• 具備較強的問題分析與解決能力，能獨立推動跨部門品質改善專案。
• 熟悉質量數據分析，有Minitab等統計分析工具使用經驗者優先。
• 良好的溝通協調能力及客戶導向意識。
• 具備英語讀寫能力，可進行基本商務郵件溝通。
