Quantum Chip Development Engineer (電光所_量子晶片開發工程師)

【Job description 工作內容】

• 參與量子晶片相關技術研究與開發。
• 協助量子元件製作、製程建立及技術驗證。
• 配合研發專案執行相關技術工作。
• Develop quantum computing packaging structures, process integration technologies, and key technologies for next-generation quantum packaging.

Develop and integrate advanced semiconductor packaging processes, including 3D IC, CoWoS, and InFO, with a focus on process development and optimization.

• Develop and integrate Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) processes for high-speed computing and optoelectronic integration applications.
• Support government-funded R&D programs and industry collaboration projects, contributing to advanced technology development and commercialization.

【資格條件 Job Requirements】

1.碩士(含)以上，電機、電子、工程、物理 等相關科系畢業。

2.無經驗可。具半導體無塵室製程等相關經驗者尤佳。具有IGBT、碳化矽半導體元件或製程經驗佳。

3.請檢附大學(含)以上成績單、教授推薦信 。

4.請檢附相當於TOEIC 650分之英語測驗成績證明；如無法提供，將於複試時安排參加本院英文檢測。

5.具主動積極個性、擅於協調溝通、做事認真細心、能獨立完成交辦事項等特質者尤佳。

• Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Physics, or other related engineering disciplines.
• No prior work experience required. Experience in semiconductor cleanroom processes is a plus.
• Please provide undergraduate and/or graduate transcripts and a recommendation letter from a professor.
• English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650 or above is required. Applicants without a valid English proficiency certificate will be required to take ITRI's English assessment during the second-round interview.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible, with strong communication and coordination skills and the ability to work independently.
