🌟 What You’ll Do

As a React Engineer, you will be responsible for crafting the digital interface that powers our ecosystem—from business dashboards to worker management tools.

• Build & Maintain: Develop high-quality, responsive web applications using React to ensure a seamless experience across all devices.
• Systems Architecture: Translate complex user flows and business requirements into well-structured, scalable frontend systems.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with UI/UX and Product teams to bring intuitive, high-impact user experiences to life.
• API Integration: Work hand-in-hand with backend engineers to effectively integrate and consume API endpoints, ensuring data integrity and performance.

• Technical Expertise: Strong professional experience with React and TypeScript.
• Modern Standards: A solid understanding of modern frontend development, including state management and component-based architecture.
• Performance Focus: Experience with frontend build tools, debugging, and identifying/resolving performance bottlenecks.
• Product Mindset: An ability to look beyond the code to understand how your work impacts our users and the business.
