Setting up customer preproduction server hardware system, including but not limited to corresponding DDR memory, PCIe card, NVMe/SSDs, network cable/optics and link partner system, including both hardware and software, to reproduce issue symptom.
Conduct network and storage system performance testing execution preproduction server hardware based on provide test contents, document test configuration, generate report and upload report.
Maintain mainstream O.S environments/HDD/SSD for multiple Linux O.S flavors The following would be the deliverables:
Daily task/status report; Weekly status report
Customer issue reproduction with documented all the detail
Debug on customer issues to test out/verify with all possible changes
Support Ad-hoc test request, based on urgency and timeline. Documented all data and report out.

Basic server computer hardware assembly and installation experience
Server hardware firmware upgrade
Familiar with Linux OS including command line , bash shell script for automation,
Linux networking configuration experience, Linux driver installation
Python Expect ( system automation, nice to have )
Linux kernel compilation ( nice to have)
Ansible experience ( nice to have)
