We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to support system integration programs within Workstation Systems. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, ODM partners, and engineering stakeholders to support OS image build development, platform integration, and production release execution.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to coordinate tasks across multiple teams. This role requires flexibility to support changing project needs, follow up on issues, and assist with execution tracking under guidance from senior team members.
Basic scripting knowledge, debugging interest, and technical understanding of Advanced Operating Systems, Windows, or ARM-based platforms are preferred but not required. Candidates with a proactive attitude and interest in learning image development, system integration, and production release management are encouraged to apply.
【Responsibilities】
Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams in coordinating image build development and system integration activities across different platforms.
- Assist senior preinstallation program managers in tracking project schedules, deliverables, action items, risks, and issue follow-up from project kickoff through production release.
- Work with internal teams and ODM partners to collect project requirements, clarify ownership, and follow up on execution status.
- Help organize regular project meetings, prepare meeting notes, track action items, and support project review materials.
- Support product image build readiness checks, issue tracking, and coordination between engineering, validation, and partner teams.
- Assist in monitoring project milestones and execution status to ensure schedule, quality, and release readiness.
- Identify potential schedule risks, technical blockers, or scope changes and escalate them to senior team members in a timely manner.
- Learn and apply internal tools, processes, and best practices related to OS image development, system integration, and production release management.
【Candidate Profile】
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- experience in program management, project coordination, software development, system integration, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of operating systems, Windows, software development, or system integration concepts is preferred.
- Basic scripting knowledge, such as Python, PowerShell, or similar tools, is a plus.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow up on multiple tasks in parallel.
- Willingness to learn technical topics, internal processes, and project management practices.
- Proactive attitude toward problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Flexibility and adaptability to support evolving project requirements and execution challenges.
