外派員工制度檢視及管理、海外子公司薪酬架構設計及薪資檢視作業。

Must Have

*中文流利，商業英語

Fluent in Mandarin, business level English capability

*3年以上薪酬相關經驗

3 years C&B and payroll experience

*細心，善於溝通

Detail-minded and analytical thinker with good communication and interpersonal skills
