Licensed Real Estate Salesperson | NCCU M.A. in International Affairs | Cross-Cultural Communication

My name is Joseph Lin. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a Master’s degree in International Affairs from National Chengchi University. I recently obtained my Real Estate Salesperson License, providing me with a solid foundation in Taiwan’s real estate regulations.

Although I am transitioning into commercial real estate, my previous experience has equipped me with several transferable strengths that I believe are highly relevant to this role.

First, commercial awareness. I managed budgets, cost estimates, and financial reconciliation for premium domestic and international travel projects valued between NT$2 million and NT$8 million, developing strong financial discipline and an understanding of profitability.

Second, client relationship management. I supported the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in hosting diplomatic delegations and served as an English-speaking tour leader for high-net-worth clients traveling to Silicon Valley, Canada, and Japan. These experiences strengthened my ability to build trust, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional client service.

Third, an international perspective. As a scholarship recipient, I studied at the University of Tokyo and the University of California, Berkeley. Combined with my background in international affairs, these experiences enable me to communicate effectively with multinational clients and work comfortably in cross-cultural environments.

I am excited to begin my career in commercial real estate, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to delivering value for both clients and the team.
