I'm Brian Lai with BS degree in Marine Engineering.

Familiar with modern FAB/factory from facility layout to NPI FEMA and hardware TS. I'm pretty grateful for experience cooperate with client/vendor/colleague from different background/culture/position is rewarding and fulfilling, making me a wonderful team player being ready, willing, and able to support the team.

• 2 years solid mechanical exp on vessel in OOCL. as marine engineer.
• 1 year semi-industry exp in Lam research as FSE.
• 6 month internship in smt factory in china as process engineer.

Lam Research/ 1+ 

• Familiar with semi conductor industry.
• New Tool install : In charge 5 spin clean tool in TSMC fab.
• On call duty and warranty service.

• Cooperate with customer for CIP/PVT.

OOCL/2+

• Responsible for the operation of all machinery, pumps, valves and systems controlled from the Engine Room.
• Responsible for purifier and compressor.

  Maintained daily records and checked of fuel oil lube oil, gas oil, marine diesel, and cylinder oil.

• Acted as assistant in charge to chief engineer for operation during bunker of fuel, diesel and lube oil.
• Prepared the engine room for arrival and departure.

PSA

• Familiar with FEMA, NPI, DFM , D O E, PLM projects development.
• Negotiated tech issues with tire 1 companies about for NPI, process changes.
• Supervised a detection project import for Makita.
• Kicked off of a detection project import and a process changes for Apple.

National Taiwan Ocean University-Bachelor of Marine Engineering (2018/Jun)

• Leader of NTOU mountaineering club(2016). Holding event for mountain hiking/climbing. Knowledge teaching: survival/navigation/rope systems.
