About the vacancy

We need not just an editor, but a person who breathes short content. Someone who understands platforms on an instinctive level and feels why one video gets a million views, and no one watches the other.

You are suitable if:

• TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels are part of your day, every day
• You see a trend before it becomes a trend
• The hook, the rhythm, the retention of the viewer are not words, but your working language
• 10-20 videos a week is the norm for you, not a feat
• AI tools are already built into your workflow

What to do:

• Mount short videos for each platform (15-90 seconds)
• Work with subtitles, text animations, sound and trending audio
• Cut long content into strong short clips
• They keep their finger on the pulse of trends and implement them quickly
• Pass stably, without disruption of deadlines

Requirements:

• Portfolio with real numbers (views, not just beautiful)
• Confident work in CapCut, Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Real experience with AI tools, not in words
• Willingness to the volume of 10 videos per week
• Conversational English, the team communicates in English
• Fast response and comfortable work in asynchronous mode

It will be a plus:

• Experience with faceless channels
• Understanding the formulas of viral content and editing under retention
