• *Full-stack Developer (Creatio Platform)**

to join our project development team. The ideal candidate will design and implement business solutions, build integrations, ensure application stability, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Creatio ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• *Solution Design & Development
• Independently design and develop Creatio customizations (UI, business logic, schemas)
• Implement client-side functionality in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Extend Creatio server-side logic using .NET following platform guidelines
• Build complex business processes, data models, and reusable components
• *Integrations & APIs
• Develop and support integrations with external systems
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs, including authentication and security models
• Write efficient SQL queries and optimize database operations
• Diagnose integration and performance issues
• *Quality & Stability
• Conduct unit and integration testing
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to internal standards
• Perform refactoring and improve existing solutions
• Contribute to documentation and architectural decisions
• *Collaboration & Delivery
• Collaborate effectively with BAs, PMs, QAs, and architects
• Provide estimates and communicate risks proactively
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks and maintain clear delivery disciplines

Candidate Expectation

• *Technical Skills
• 2+ years of commercial development (preferably enterprise)
• Strong knowledge of C#/.NET, including debugging and async patterns
• Confident experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
• Solid understanding of REST architecture and security aspects
• Experience working with existing codebases (analysis, refactoring, extensions)
• *Creatio Platform (experience is a strong advantage, but not mandatory)
• Understanding of low-code platform principles and configuration-driven development
• Experience with Creatio (customizations, schemas, integrations) is highly beneficial but not a strict requirement
• Ability to learn platform specifics quickly and adapt engineering solutions to Creatio’s architecture
• Familiarity with Freedom UI concepts, integration patterns, or business process design is a plus
• Readiness to work within platform limitations while producing scalable, maintainable solutions

• Strong focus on code quality and maintainability
• Experience conducting and participating in code reviews
• Understanding of testing principles (unit/integration)
• Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs in design

• English B1+–B2 (comfortable in calls and written communication)
