• Proven experience with AI/LLM integration.
• Solid understanding of backend architecture and API design principles.
• Product mindset with the ability to think beyond implementation details.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and help define clear requirements.
• Experience working in startup environments.
• Upper - Intermediate or Advanced English communication skills.

• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the platform.

It integrates seamlessly with existing HRIS systems and knowledge bases, capable of handling up to 70% of employee requests – covering everything from policy and payroll questions to benefits and processes. The platform also automates crucial tasks like updating HR records, drafting documents, managing approvals, and coordinating communications. Working across tools such as Slack, Teams, email, SMS, and WhatsApp, it provides round-the-clock personalized support, escalates complex issues to the appropriate personnel, and delivers valuable insights into HR operations.
