detail-oriented work.
I have experience with phone support, but I handle communication only in Japanese. I can manage simple English greetings, but I do not provide
English-language support. For remote work, I mainly use email and chat to ensure clear and organized communication.
I am currently exploring online secretary work and would like to take on tasks such as scheduling, research, document preparation, and other administrative support. I approach new responsibilities with calm,
careful attention and a desire to grow.
With experience in error checking and data processing in my previous role, I aim to offer support that feels organized, dependable, and easy to work with.
