Who We Are: • A leader in providing opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. • Participant-driven activities that focus on individual interests, choice, and meaningful community engagement. • Recognized for meeting the highest standards of service delivery through the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. We provide Community Day Services at 4 locations. Two in Breese, IL, and the remaining in Fairview Heights and New Baden, IL. This allows adults with developmental disabilities the opportunity to engage in a variety of on-site and community-based activities, including volunteerism, recreation, employment, training, and skill-building. Residential Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA) programs in Aviston, Breese, Carlyle, Germantown & Trenton, IL offer assisted day-to-day living activities to help participants become active members of their community. We handle this process with the utmost dignity and compassion that our participants deserve.
