Home Builders Institute (HBI) is a national nonprofit organization that provides skilled trades training and education to support our country’s building industry. Our mission is “We change lives by educating, inspiring and preparing individuals for careers in the building industry.” The objective of all HBI programs is to train, credential, and place students in jobs within the construction industry and enable our students to positively transform their lives by providing a solid career trajectory. All programs and trainings are at NO COST to our students. We achieve this thanks to very generous efforts and contributions from private and corporate sponsors, state and local grants, and individual donors.
