Can I pay in my local currency?

Yes. BeBee supports 17+ currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, BRL, MXN, COP, INR, and JPY. When available, you will be charged in your local currency based on your country.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. BeBee never stores your full card details on its servers.

Why was my card declined?

Common reasons include insufficient funds, an expired card, or your bank blocking the transaction. Try a different card or contact your bank. If the issue persists, reach out to BeBee support.

How do I download an invoice?

Go to Dashboard > Settings > Billing, find the charge in your billing history, and click the download icon next to it. The invoice will be saved as a PDF file.

I was charged but don't see it in my billing history. What should I do?

New charges can take a few minutes to appear. If the charge is still missing after an hour, contact BeBee support with your payment confirmation or bank statement showing the charge.

Can I get an invoice with my company's tax information?

Yes. Update your billing details in Dashboard > Settings > Billing to include your company name, address, and tax ID. Future invoices will reflect this information. Contact support if you need a past invoice reissued.

Refund eligibility depends on your country and how long ago you subscribed. EU/EEA/UK residents have a 14-day withdrawal right. Brazil has 7 days, Argentina 10 days. In other countries, subscriptions are generally non-refundable, but you can always cancel to avoid future charges.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. The refund will appear on the same payment method used for the original charge.

What happens to my account after I cancel?

After cancellation, you retain full access to your premium features until the end of your current billing period. Once the period ends, your account reverts to the free plan. Your profile, messages, and data are preserved.
