Can I sign up with my Google account?

Yes. Click 'Continue with Google' on the login page and authorize BeBee. Your name and email will be imported automatically.

I never received a verification email. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If the email is not there, return to the login page and request a new verification link. Emails are sent within a few seconds.

Can I change my email address after signing up?

Yes. Go to your Dashboard, open Account Settings, and update your email. You will need to verify the new address before the change takes effect.

What file formats are accepted for CV uploads?

BeBee accepts PDF files for CV uploads. Keep your file under 5 MB for the best experience.

Can other users see my full profile?

Your public profile shows your headline, about section, skills, and portfolio. Contact details like phone, email, and WhatsApp are only visible after a recruiter or client has an active application or proposal relationship with you.

How do I add portfolio items?

Go to your profile, scroll to the Portfolio section, and click 'Add Item.' You can upload images, link to external projects, and add a description for each piece of work.

How do I get back to the dashboard from any page?

Click the BeBee logo in the top-left corner or select 'Dashboard' from the navigation menu. On mobile, tap the menu icon to reveal the navigation options.

Can I customize what I see on my dashboard?

The dashboard automatically adapts based on your activity. Job seekers see job-related sections prominently, while freelancers see their service requests and proposals. Your country selection also determines which listings appear.

Where do I find my sent applications?

Go to Dashboard and select the Applications section. You will see a list of all jobs you have applied to, along with the current status of each application.

How many countries does BeBee support?

BeBee currently supports 99 countries across all continents. Each country has its own localized job listings, service marketplace, and content.

Does changing my country affect my profile or applications?

No. Changing your country only changes which job listings and services you see in your feed. Your profile, existing applications, messages, and account settings remain unchanged.

Can I browse jobs in multiple countries at the same time?

You can only have one active country at a time, but switching is instant. If you are open to opportunities in several regions, switch between countries to explore listings in each one.

How many languages does BeBee support?

BeBee supports 41 languages, covering major world languages as well as many regional ones. The full interface -- navigation, buttons, labels, and help text -- is translated into each supported language.

Will changing my language translate job listings?

Changing your language translates the BeBee interface (menus, buttons, labels, and system messages). Job listings and user-generated content such as blog posts and service descriptions remain in the language they were originally written in.

Does my language setting affect which jobs I see?

No. Your country selection controls which jobs appear in your feed. Language only changes the interface. You can use BeBee in Japanese while browsing jobs in Germany, for example.
