What is the difference between Premium and Premium Plus?

Premium gives you 10 proposals per month and higher search visibility. Premium Plus removes the proposal limit entirely, gives you maximum visibility in search results, and adds a featured profile badge so employers and clients notice you first.

Can I use BeBee for free?

Yes. The free tier gives you basic access to jobs, services, messaging, and your profile. You can submit a limited number of proposals each month at no cost.

Do premium features apply to both jobs and services?

Yes. Higher visibility and proposal limits apply across the jobs marketplace and the services marketplace.

What payment methods does BeBee accept?

BeBee accepts all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. The exact methods available may vary by country.

Will I be charged immediately when I upgrade?

Yes. Your first billing cycle starts as soon as you confirm the upgrade. You get immediate access to all premium features.

Can I switch from monthly to annual billing later?

Yes. Go to Dashboard > Settings, select your current plan, and choose the annual billing option. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Where can I see my next billing date?

Go to Dashboard > Settings and scroll to the Subscription section. Your next billing date and amount are displayed below your current plan name.

Can I change my payment method?

Yes. In Dashboard > Settings, click Manage Billing. This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can update your credit card, change your billing address, and download past invoices.

What happens if my payment fails?

Stripe will retry the charge a few times over several days. You will receive an email notification. If the payment still fails, your subscription is paused and your account reverts to the free tier until you update your payment method.

Will I lose my data if I cancel?

No. Your profile, portfolio, messages, reviews, and all other account data remain intact. You simply lose access to premium features like extra proposals and higher visibility once the billing period ends.

Annual plan subscribers can request a pro-rata refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal. Monthly plans are not eligible for refunds. To request a refund, contact support from Dashboard > Settings > Help.

Can I resubscribe after cancelling?

Yes. You can resubscribe to any plan at any time from Dashboard > Settings. Your new subscription starts immediately and you regain all premium features.

Is Premium Plus worth it if I only use the jobs marketplace?

Yes. Unlimited proposals mean you can apply to every job that interests you without worrying about a monthly cap. Maximum visibility puts your profile in front of more employers, and the featured badge signals that you are a serious, committed candidate.

How much does Premium Plus cost?

Pricing depends on your country. BeBee uses five Purchasing Power Parity tiers so the price is fair relative to local cost of living. Visit Dashboard > Settings to see the exact price in your currency. Annual plans save approximately 20% compared to monthly billing.
