Do candidates get notified when I change their application status?

Can I undo a rejection?

No. Once you reject an application, the decision is final. Review candidates carefully before choosing Reject. If you are unsure, use the Shortlist status to revisit them later.

How do I contact an applicant?

Click the applicant's name to open their profile, then use the Send Message button to start a conversation through BeBee messaging.

Where do I find the recruiter dashboard?

Sign in to BeBee, click your avatar in the top-right corner, and select Dashboard. If your account has recruiter permissions, you will see the recruiter view automatically.

What does the Pending Review number mean?

It is the total number of applications across all your job listings that you have not yet accepted, rejected, or shortlisted. Aim to keep this number low by reviewing applications regularly.

Can I close a job listing without deleting it?

Yes. From the dashboard, open the job and click Close Listing. The job will stop appearing in search results, but all existing applications and data are preserved for your records.

Is talent search available to all recruiters?

Yes. All recruiters can search and browse professional profiles. Premium recruiters get additional benefits such as enhanced job visibility and priority placement in candidate recommendations.

Can I contact a candidate I found through talent search?

Yes. Click the Send Message button on any profile to start a conversation through BeBee messaging. Contact details such as phone, WhatsApp, and email are available after the candidate applies to your job or you establish a connection.
