Using the Recruiter Dashboard

2026-02-282 min read

Overview

The recruiter dashboard is your command center for hiring on BeBee. It gives you a real-time snapshot of your recruitment activity and quick access to every tool you need.

Dashboard Stats

At the top of the dashboard you will see three key metrics:

  • Active Jobs -- The number of job listings currently live and accepting applications.
  • Total Applications -- The combined count of applications received across all your active and closed jobs.
  • Pending Review -- Applications that have not been actioned yet. This is the number that needs your attention most.
These stats update in real time as new applications arrive and as you process them.

Managing Your Job Listings

Below the stats panel you will find a list of all your job postings. Each entry shows:

  • Job title, location, and posting date.
  • Number of applications received.
  • Current status (active or closed).
From this list you can:
  • View applications -- Click a job to see its applicant queue.
  • Edit a listing -- Update the description, salary, requirements, or any other field.
  • Close a listing -- Stop accepting new applications while keeping existing data.
  • Post a new job -- The Post a Job button is always visible at the top of the page.

Quick Actions

The dashboard also provides shortcuts to common tasks:

  • Talent Search -- Jump straight into browsing professionals by skill, location, or industry.
  • Messages -- Open your BeBee inbox to continue conversations with candidates.
  • Notifications -- See alerts for new applications, messages, and system updates.

Tips for Staying on Top of Hiring

  • Check the dashboard daily. New applications can arrive at any time, and fast responses win candidates.
  • Use filters. Sort jobs by application count or date to prioritize the listings that need attention.
  • Track your pipeline. The ratio of pending to shortlisted to accepted gives you a clear picture of how each role is progressing.
