Your impact We are looking for a program manager with experience in agile software development to join our team. The team is responsible for developing and maintaining software to provide aircraft mission planning core capabilities shared across multiple military aircraft types (e.g., fighters, bombers, transport).
Duties & Responsibilities Work scope may include the following duties Oversee all contractual responsibilities and delivery of all contract deliverables.
Manage overall contract performance to include providing subcontract management, monitoring, invoicing, coordinating contract change proposals; and understanding the needs and customer expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure an efficient, effective, and economical level of contract support is provided to the program office.
Serve as the Government customer's point of contact.
Provide technical supervision and guidance for all personnel assigned to the contract.
Help develop efficiency improvements and best business practices to the program office.
Develop and manage risk and opportunities
Develop and manage on-contract growth targets
Develop and manage program master schedule
Provide oversight of staff and support activities.
Manage contract financials.
Manage all internal contract reporting.

Agile experience, Scaled Agile Framework preferred
Strong management, leadership, written, and oral communications skills
Familiarity with industry best practices and Government contract and subcontract management

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
