Requirements
Must have:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, IT, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a similar field - Masters Degree in Business, IT, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a similar field (preferred) - Over 8 years of experience with Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence tools and technologies - Minimum of 5 years experience in Python or R and SQL - At least 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar capacity - 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred - Familiarity with unstructured data, NLP technologies, and big data - Proficient in using one of the following open-source ML libraries/frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or Numpy - Experience with Foundation models, Prompt Engineering, fine-tuning, or RAG - Knowledge of Data Management, Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, and Data Governance concepts preferred - Experience with Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP - Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and integrity - Combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal degree
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clinicians and operational experts to create machine learning solutions that enhance healthcare operations and patient care - Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms for use in healthcare - Build and deploy Agentic AI and automation solutions using RAG or by fine-tuning foundational models - Design, cultivate, and sustain robust and scalable ML pipelines for data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring - Stay updated on the latest developments in AI and Machine Learning technologies - Conduct thorough evaluations of models through performance testing and bias assessments - Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge of AI/ML techniques and best practices - Design and implement RESTful APIs for the integration of ML models or GenAI solutions with organizational systems
