Mastering digital convergence at enterprise scale. Entech is hiring an AI Engineer (Python/Java/AWS) for a financial services client. This is a hybrid role that involves working onsite in Malvern, Pennsylvania (3 days per weeks) Job Description

Design, develop and maintain AI-powered backend services for intelligent document processing and content generation

Build scalable APIs and microservices supporting document ingestion, transformation, and publishing workflow

Develop Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate LLMs into enterprise applications. Build orchestration workflows using AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, S3, API gateway and Event Bridge

Design secure, scalable, and resilient cloud-native applications following AWS best practice

Develop data process pipelines for structured and unstructured content integration AI services, Vector Search and enterprise data sources to enable intelligent document automation. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-enabled solutions Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systems Qualification (5-8 minimum years required)

Strong experience in Python and Java

Hands on experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Step Functions, IAM, CloudWatch)

Experience building and managing RESTful APIs and microservices

Experience integrating AI/LLM Services (examples: Amazon Bedrock, Claude or similar)

Understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering and AI orchestration pattern

Familiarity with vector databases, semantic search technologies. Preferred *(Not required, but an extra plus if you have the experience) Experience working with Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar AI frameworks

Exposure to automation frameworks or workflow orchestration tools
