Park View OZAbout the RoleWe're looking for a part-time AI Implementation Specialist (independent contractor) to help us implement practical AI systems that improve internal productivity and business execution.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys turning AI tools into repeatable workflows that save time and create leverage.
We serve customers in the financial services and tax planning industries. You will partner directly with leadership to identify opportunities where AI can streamline operations. We are a small team, working in a complex regulatory environment with heavy content and educational output.
Designing and improving AI based workflows for writing, communication and advertising
Enhancing reporting, document generation, and internal communications with AI support
Testing new AI tools and recommending what's worth adopting
Acting as an "AI operator" — helping the team apply AI effectively day-to-day
We're looking for someone who is practical, curious, and execution-focused.
Strong communication and writing skills
Deep comfort using modern AI tools
Ability to take ambiguous ideas and turn them into clear processes
Highly organized and self-directed in a remote environment
Experience with LLM prompt engineering and building reusable prompt templates
Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable)
Background in operations, finance, real estate, or business workflows
Basic scripting knowledge (Python) is a plus, but not required
Estimated 10–20 hours per week
Hourly rate based on experience
