AI Solutions Analyst - (Remote/Hybride - US Eastern Time)

About the Role

We are seeking AI Solutions Analyst / Microsoft Copilot Solutions Consultant with deep expertise in the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and a strong foundation in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and enterprise AI governance.

This is a solution-oriented consulting role , focused on helping organizations adopt Microsoft Copilot responsibly and effectively. The ideal candidate bridges business and technology—guiding clients through Copilot readiness, solution design, agent configuration, governance, and value realization.

Key Responsibilities

Copilot Adoption, Governance & Platform Management

• Drive continued adoption and value realization of Microsoft Copilot across the organization, building on existing implementations
• Enhance and mature Copilot governance frameworks, including usage policies, guardrails, and responsible AI practices
• Support administration and operational management of Copilot, including:
• Configuration, licensing considerations, feature enablement, and monitoring
• Usage tracking, reporting, and performance insights
• Advise stakeholders on optimization opportunities, including:
• Expanding use cases, improving user adoption, and enhancing solution effectiveness
• Define and track success metrics such as:
• User adoption, engagement, productivity improvements, and business outcomes
• Provide ongoing guidance on Copilot capabilities, limitations, risks, and best practices to business and IT teams

Solution Design & Use Case Development

• Identify high-value use cases for Copilot, custom agents, and GenAI-driven workflows
• Translate business requirements into practical Copilot and GenAI solution designs
• Design solution patterns leveraging LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, enterprise search, and knowledge assistants

Copilot Studio & Agentic AI

• Design and configure custom agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio , including:
• Topics, prompts, actions, plugins, connectors, and knowledge sources
• Conversation flows and orchestration logic
• Apply Agentic AI concepts , including:
• Autonomous task execution and tool usage
• Multi-step reasoning and workflow orchestration
• Human-in-the-loop validation
• Guardrails and safe execution controls

Integration & Technical Collaboration

• Integrate Copilot with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook), Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Automate), Microsoft Graph, Entra ID, and enterprise systems
• Align solutions with enterprise data architecture, identity, and access models

AI Governance, Security, and Responsible AI

• Design and implement governance-aligned Copilot and GenAI solutions addressing:
• Apply Responsible AI practices , including:
• Hallucination mitigation, Bias awareness and fairness considerations
• Transparency, explainability, and human oversight
• Support AI risk management activities , including:
• Risk identification, impact assessment, and mitigation planning
• Control definition, mapping, and ongoing monitoring
• Evaluation of risks such as data leakage, hallucinations, bias, IP exposure, and compliance gaps
• Align solutions with enterprise governance frameworks and regulatory expectations , including:
• NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF)
• Microsoft Responsible AI principles
• Enterprise AI governance models and policies
• Maintain awareness of evolving AI regulatory landscape, including:
• U.S. AI guidance and privacy considerations
• EU AI Act concepts such as risk classification, transparency, and human oversight

Prompt Engineering & Solution Optimization

• Develop prompts, grounding strategies, and evaluation approaches
• Conduct Prompt-a-thons , prompt testing, response evaluation, and continuous improvement

Client Engagement & Communication

• Lead workshops, demos, and executive discussions on Copilot and GenAI
• Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to both business and technical stakeholders
• Support cross-functional collaboration across business, IT, security, and leadership teams

Required Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of experience in a Solutions Analyst, AI Consultant, Microsoft 365 Consultant, or similar role
• Strong hands-on knowledge of:
• Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams
• Solid understanding of Agentic AI using Copilot Studio , including agent design, orchestration, and guardrails
• Strong foundation in Generative AI concepts:
• LLMs, prompts, embeddings, RAG, hallucination mitigation, grounding, evaluation
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem:
• Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Exchange, permissions, collaboration patterns
• Working knowledge of:
• Entra ID, RBAC, Microsoft Graph, enterprise identity and data security
• Experience supporting Copilot or GenAI adoption, governance, or implementation
• Ability to communicate architecture, risks, and capabilities to both business and technical audiences
• Strong understanding of AI governance, Responsible AI, and enterprise risk management
• Proven ability to collaborate across architects, developers, security teams, and business stakeholders

Desired Skills

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Cognitive Services
• Hands-on experience building or configuring copilots, agents, or AI-driven workflows
• Familiarity with:
• Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Graph connectors, plugin integrations
• Knowledge of enterprise search, document intelligence, and RAG-based solution patterns
• Understanding of AI evaluation metrics:
• Groundedness, relevance, accuracy, safety, bias, and human validation
• Experience working in regulated or governance-heavy environments
• Experience supporting distributed/global teams
