Requirements

- Create varied conversations across a wide range of subjects - Produce strong, well-written responses to specific prompts - Evaluate and compare the performance of different AI models - Research information and verify AI-generated answers

We offer remote, flexible contract work where you can choose the projects you want to take on and set your own schedule. This role is for an existing Tutor - AI Trainer to help us train AI models by chatting with bots, assessing their progress, and writing new conversations to guide their responses. Selected candidates complete an assessment to gain access to projects, and those who deliver strong work can continue receiving assignments regularly.

We typically see our most successful contractors working between 5 and 20 hours per week, with the option to go up to 40 hours. This is an independent contractor opportunity, paid hourly starting at $30+ USD with bonus rates available on certain projects, and work can be done from your own computer at home.
