Location: Plano, TX Onsite

Duration: 12 Months - W2 Contract

Design, develop, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java.
Build clean, maintainable, and reusable code following Android best practices.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
Write unit tests, UI tests, and participate in code reviews.
Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate build and release processes.
Stay current with Android platform updates, tools, and emerging technologies.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
8 years of experience in Android application development.
Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java.
Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, Gradle, and Jetpack components.
Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs and JSON.
Familiarity with MVVM or other Android architectural patterns.
Experience with Git or other version control systems.
Understanding of Agile development methodologies
